Hello,
Over the past 6 years or so, I've been very focused on personal development and bettering myself though challenging myself to do and learn new things.
So, one of my goals this year is to learn to draw.
I've been writing for a long time and I have my own IP's but have never found anyone to draw my stuff consistently, so time to bite the bullet and learn to do it for myself!
I've always admired people who are good at graphic art, and I've tried a few times but never get far before I become disheartened. But this year, I will endeavour to have a real go at it.
I'm really fortunate in that I have a daughter who is becoming quite gift

So according to DA. October 2011 was the last time I posted anything. That's almost 5 years I've been away doing..... other things.
Why did I leave? I was doing a lot for very little and life was getting serious. Something had to give. Photography and writing (for pleasure atleast) had to stop. I had to reprioritise. and I'm not sorry or sad for that. Its a fact of mature life. shit, I'm old now.
What have I been doing since I left? Changing my life. I run very long distances now, for fun even. I've run marathons (42.2kms/26.2 miles) and lots of half marathons (21.1kms/13.1 miles) and countless obstacle course races (muddy fun at any distan
